Good For You Group is a Woman only social enterprise group set up to support women in their physical, mental and social health.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions a member shall mean individuals who are looking to use the connections & services offered by Good For You Club. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Providers shall mean a person or organisation looking to provide goods & services to the members of Good For You Club
Good For You Club strives to encourage a respectful member experience but are not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off of the website.
Any Members whose conduct is deemed unacceptable will have their access to the Website/app and their membership of the Club terminated without notice. We at our sole discretion will determine what conduct is deemed unacceptable.
Examples of Unacceptable Conduct by Members include but are not limited to

Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other Members, Ambassadors or Providers. Good For You Club does not conduct criminal background checks upon its members, Ambassadors or Providers nor does it inquire into the background of them. Like any online community individuals can create fake profiles. Members require to use their own discretion and all necessary caution in all interactions with other members, Ambassadors and Providers, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person.
Good For You Club gives no guarantee as to the veracity of any statements made by its Members, Ambassadors or Providers and makes no representations as to, or warranties in respect of the conduct of, any Member, Ambassador or Provider.
Members participating in private Activities organised by other Members through their membership of Good For You Club are personally responsible for satisfying themselves that the services of a Provider (found within Good For You Club or otherwise) or any venue in which they engage in Activities has all relevant and necessary insurance for the particular Activities in which they are engaged. Good For You Club will not be held responsible for accidents or incidents resulting in loss that may occur during any such Activities. Members acknowledge and accept that they may be participating in Activities which come with risk or danger and that they are personally responsible their own safety at all times. This applies whether it is an individual or group Activities. Responsibility for members safety is not assumed by or devolved to the Member making the booking.
Liability for Loss
Good For You Club accepts no responsibility, and is not liable for, any loss of any kind (including but not limited to financial loss, personal loss or injury, death or 3rd party loss) suffered by any Member, Ambassador or Provider arising as a result of their use of the Website and/or app and/ or the connections made with any persons, business, organisations or any others through the Website and/or App.
Termination of Membership/Access to Website/app
We may, at any time, for whatever reason and without notice, terminate your access to or use of this website and/or app. If we do so, you do not have the right to bring any claim or claims against us.
Prices and payment
Any costs for content and other materials will be clearly stated on the website or on our price list which can be emailed upon request. Membership (Services or Activities) can be booked through the website which take you through to the Stripe payment system instantly. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have submitted payment correctly. Stripe will process payment on our behalf and data will be processed as details in our Privacy Policy.

Annual Subscription
By purchasing an annual subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of membership. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring annual subscription renewal fee at the then current annual subscription rate, (this fee is non-refundable). You may cancel your annual subscription any time up to 30 days before renewal date, any unused portion of membership is non-refundable. Automatic Annual Renewal Terms
We bill your credit card for the annual subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual subscription. Once you subscribe, Stripe/Mighty Networks will automatically process your annual subscription fee at the at the then current Annual subscription rate. We explain how to cancel above.
Use of photos and video for marketing & promotional purposes
We assume if you agree to these terms and conditions you are happy for us to share your image on photo or video on our Mighty network app and website, our public marketing website and all GFYC social media channels. If you do want this to happen please email us so you are exclude from such content.

Gift Vouchers
On purchase of gift voucher online the buyer will receive an emailed gift voucher in due course (1-3 days) The woman wanting to use the gifted 1 year membership will follow the link on the email and sign up with their own email address. They will be prompted to enter their credit card details when starting the plan, but they won't be charged until the 12 months period ends, if they want to renew. They can manage their subscriptions and cancel anytime. Please note this free membership does not apply to Business Providers memberships. Voucher purchase non-refundable. We maintain the right to issue vouchers with expiry dates.

The goals of this community are to improve mental and physical wellbeing, provide a support network and offer renewed joy for life and hope for the future for women 40 - 80+ Perth and throughout Perthshire. By engaging within this community, women, and those feeling isolated can rekindle the joy of younger year activities and embrace the challenge and excitement of trying new activities and meeting new people, whilst feeling motivated and celebrated by their peers. I started a Good For You book club, and made more new friends since joining the group than she had in the 18 preceding years in Perth.
There are a lot of people stuck indoors, especially after lockdown. Good For You Club has been amazing for me. I’d love to try some things that are out of my comfort zone now, like wild swimming.
