At Good For You Club, we are committed to achieving important social objectives that benefit our valued members and the community at large. Our primary focus is:
The following may or may not surprise you, but regardless it is evidence that society could do with a helping hand. And why not start with women.
In January 2023, the British Medical Journal published two research papers highlighting which middle age behaviours could improve the chances of enjoying good health later in life - social relationships & exercise. GFYC creates opportunities for both.
By facilitating a vibrant and supportive community, we aim to empower our members to take charge of their well-being and lead fulfilling lives. Through a range of activities, resources, and connections, we strive to create an environment where individuals can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Together, we can build a stronger, healthier, and more connected community in Perth and Kinross and beyond in due course, where no one is left behind. Join Good For You Club today and be part of a movement that is dedicated to improving lives, fostering inclusivity, and making a positive impact on the well-being of women across the board.
The benefits I've had so far in my first 2 months of joining, are a couple of get togethers with other members. The first was when we met at the South Inch and walked to the Royal George for High Tea. Enjoyed a lovely meal and great chat and of course 10% discount off the food too. The second was a lovely walk at Birnam and coffee at the Dunkeld House Hotel. On both occasions it was great to meet other, like minded women, who are looking to meet up with others to make new friends and join in activities.
