Our primary focus is to improve the chances of women enjoying good health later in life.
Meaningfull social relationships & exercise are contributary factors, even for those currently in middle age (British Medical Journal 40 year study published 2023).
Our private app facilitates these objectives by giving women options to connect, communicate, create meet-ups and seek or offer support.
